1. Who we are

NIIII is the international engineering studio of OPTCODE LLC, a company registered in Russia (Tax ID 9731160165, registration number 1267700021500). This notice covers niiii.dev and explains how we handle information when you visit the site or contact us.

2. Information we receive

• Website requests. Our web server receives technical information needed to serve and protect the site, including an IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and referring page. This may be recorded in server logs.
• Project enquiries. If you email us or contact us on Telegram, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact information, project brief and messages.
• Optional analytics. Only after you accept analytics, Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrika may receive visit and interaction information, cookie identifiers, device and browser details, referring pages and approximate location. Yandex.Metrika is configured with Webvisor session replay and click maps.

This website does not have an account system, checkout or contact form. Email and Telegram links open the corresponding services, which have their own privacy terms. Please avoid sending passwords or other secrets in an initial enquiry.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand a potential project and, where appropriate, prepare or perform an agreement. We use technical request information to deliver the site, investigate faults and protect it against abuse. Optional analytics help us understand which pages and interactions are useful and improve the site.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in running a secure website, legal obligations, and your consent for optional analytics. We do not require analytics consent to let you use this site or contact us.

4. Cookies and your choice

We store your theme preference and analytics choice in your browser’s local storage. The analytics choice is remembered for up to 180 days; the theme preference remains until you change it or clear browser storage.

Analytics scripts are blocked until you select Accept analytics. Choosing Reject analytics keeps them blocked. The site works in either case. We use these counters:

• Google Analytics: G-QDQGY1S6CY. Advertising storage, ad personalization and advertising user data are denied in the Google consent configuration.
• Yandex.Metrika: 113692027, including session replay, click maps, link tracking and accurate bounce measurement. The counter is also configured to use dataLayer; the site itself has no checkout.

To change or withdraw your choice, use Cookie settings, also available in the footer. Withdrawing reloads the page to remove previously loaded analytics runtimes and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies. It does not erase information already received by a provider or cookies on the provider’s own domain.

If JavaScript is disabled, no analytics tracker or tracking pixel is loaded. Your browser may offer additional controls for cookies and site data.

5. Providers and international processing

The website is hosted on our web server in the Netherlands. Our email and messaging providers process communications as needed to deliver their services. If you accept analytics, the analytics providers also process information under their terms; this can involve processing outside your country.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Server logs are rotated and retained for operational and security needs. Analytics retention is governed by the counter and property settings and the providers’ policies.

We use HTTPS for the site, restrict administrative access and separate the static site’s deployment account from other services on the server. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.

7. Your rights and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or complain to a data protection authority. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Send requests to hello@optcode.team. We may need enough information to verify your identity and find the relevant records. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website or our processing changes. The date above identifies the current version. A material change to optional analytics may require a new choice.
